The terms that govern access to and use of BBQ Hub websites, mobile applications, rankings, community features, and related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BBQ Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
Any future fantasy contests, skill contests, prize competitions, or paid-entry activities may require users to be at least 18 years old and legally eligible under applicable law.
3. Accounts
Users are responsible for:
- maintaining account security,
- safeguarding passwords,
- and all activity under their accounts.
Users must provide accurate information.
BBQ Hub may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.
4. User Conduct

- impersonate others,
- upload malicious software,
- scrape the platform without permission,
- manipulate rankings,
- cheat in contests,
- post illegal or infringing content,
- or interfere with Services.
5. User Content
Users retain ownership of uploaded content.
By submitting content, users grant BBQ Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and promote such content in connection with the Services and marketing.
Users represent they have the right to upload such content.
6. Rankings, Scores & Competition Information
BBQ Hub rankings, standings, and competition data:
- are unofficial unless expressly stated otherwise,
- may contain inaccuracies,
- may rely on imported or third-party information,
- and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
BBQ Hub is not responsible for:
- scoring disputes,
- calculation disputes,
- missing results,
- delayed updates,
- or inaccuracies from third-party sources.
7. Third-Party Data & Links
The Services may display:
- imported contest information,
- sponsor materials,
- affiliate links,
- advertisements,
- or third-party content.
BBQ Hub does not endorse or guarantee third-party content or services.
8. Future Paid Features
BBQ Hub may introduce:
- subscriptions,
- sponsor listings,
- advertising,
- premium tools,
- fantasy contests,
- skill competitions,
- and other paid services.
All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Fantasy & Skill Contests
Any future fantasy contests, skill competitions, or prize-based activities:
- are subject to additional rules,
- may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions,
- and may be restricted or terminated at any time.
Users are solely responsible for complying with local laws.
BBQ Hub prohibits illegal gambling or wagering activity.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees the legality or availability of future contest features in any jurisdiction.
10. Intellectual Property
The Services, including logos, branding, software, text, graphics, and design elements, are owned by BBQ Hub or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may not reproduce or exploit BBQ Hub materials without permission.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
BBQ HUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:
- MERCHANTABILITY,
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
- NON-INFRINGEMENT,
- ACCURACY,
- RELIABILITY,
- AND AVAILABILITY.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BBQ HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT DAMAGES,
- LOST PROFITS,
- LOST DATA,
- REPUTATIONAL HARM,
- CONTEST LOSSES,
- SCORING DISPUTES,
- OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
BBQ HUB'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.
13. Indemnification
Users agree to defend and indemnify BBQ Hub from claims arising from:
- user content,
- misuse of Services,
- violations of law,
- or violations of these Terms.
14. Termination
BBQ Hub may suspend or terminate Services or accounts at any time, with or without notice.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Midland County, Texas.
16. Changes to Terms
BBQ Hub may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
